Home Inspections
A home inspection is an objective visual examination of the physical structure and systems of a home, from the roof to the foundation and much more. We take pride in a thorough detailed inspection. An extensive report is provided afterward.
Commercial Inspections
A commercial inspection ensures that a building meets code, and identifies any potential problems the structure may have. The inspections includes analyzing the overall condition of the structure, as well as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, foundations, stairs, elevators, and parking.
Roof Inspections
Inspectors examine and report on the condition and life expectancy of your roof. Age, damage, repairs, and other concerns are taken note of. The report is then sent to your insurance company for evaluation.
Four Point Inspection
A 4 Point Inspection covers the roof, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems. Insurance companies typically require this inspection for homes older than 30 years, but some may require it as soon as the home is 5 to 10 years old.
Mold Assessment
Excessive moisture in the air or water intrusion can lead to mold growth. Certain molds and elevated levels can be hazardous to health. Air samples are taken and then sent to the lab to be tested for mold. The results are then emailed to the client.
Wind Mitigation
A wind mitigation inspection informs insurance companies about the materials and condition of your roof. The results of this inspection may reveal whether you are eligible to receive a credit or discount through your insurance company.
